if i do something bi-weekly, that means every 2 weeks. just like a tricycle has three wheels, and a unicycle has just one. but, if semi-annually means twice in a year, why does a semi-truck have 18 wheels??

We are playing scrabble. You have the following letters:
G M I L E U R

Invent a word using these letters and provide me with a plausible definition. You may attach your word to the one I have started with, having just picked up the random selection
S L K N A U G T :

GUNKSLAT : The grey frothy deposit which gathers on the top of dishwater which has been left to go cold.

I mean really, how does this make sense? "My mom want's me to mow the lawn." Please! And when someone does such a thing, they seem to have no rule governing their mistake. The next third-person singular verb in their paragraph will have no apostrophe! Have we lost all sense of order when it comes to punctuation? What on earth could possess someone to do such a thing? What should be the punishment for butchering one's native language?
