Being an only child with having parents who had me late in life I see no advantage. Trust me.......

The first two do not have many advantages, The last one on your own you do not have to wear hand-me-downs, you do not have to baby sit your younger brother, you get the sole attention of your parents, you don't have to share toys or things, you get a room to yourself. You always get the prize in the cereal packets. nobody to tell on you when you do something wrong.

Play all the videogames you want, nobody to mess your stuff up, nobody to wear your clothes, you get your own room, you get more attention from your parents, you get better clothes and gifts,etc., parents more willing to go out with just one child, not having to fight all the time, your parents are more relaxed and not stressed as much, better chance at going to college, and the list goes on.

I guess you get more attention from your parents, also you don't have to take any crap from any sibling. I'm an only child, and to tell you the truth it sucked being an only child.

lots of personal attention from the parents, more money available for your games, etc...the parents are less stressed out from having 3-4-5 kids.

You don't have to share your things with someone else, you get more attention from your parents, although I think it's great to have a sister or brother!!!!!!
