Thats pretty funny. I like that question.
Yes, they are usually old files. They usually try to touch younger documents without their maker's consent. Sometimes they get caught by anti-virus programs. They are then documented, and sent back onto the net. You then download them again, and feel like a little bit of your childhood is taken away from you.... while they are loading!
