I have a test tomorrow on 3 Chapters in Biology, but I don't feel nervous or anyhting, so I am not motivated to study, but at the same time I don't feel like I know that much, any ideas on what will make me want to study?

I'm gonna take the cuny assessment test in January, I am worried about the essay writing a lot, so I think I need to get some similar topic to practice, but i don't know where can I find some, can someone help me, pls! And if u can give some advice, that will great! Thanks!

Hi, i am a freshman.I took those SAT practice tests (the free ones), and i got a 480 on my crit reading (I am so unhappy). I am planning on to take the SAT on the end of my Junior year. I will also take AP Lang/Comp on my junior year. (I will use practice books too). Will i imporve my score by the time i take the real test?

Well I am doing another debate and am at my school right now I am in 7th and I need info on how you guys feel about animal testing.I know i have already asked this but I need stuff I can use like examples and opinions NOT COMMENTS ON MY SPELLING!lol. Do you think its a problem that students have to take the wasl? because some pple say that studends are taught for the test and not to prepare for the future. And my second question is should there be pre-AP(advanved placement) classes or should all the softmores and freshmen be places together? because if we seporate its not fair and were discriminating but if we stick the "smart kids" with the "dumb kids" or kids who dont apply them selves then the smart kids get help behind and will they be ready for AP courses as Jr's and Seniors? Please use as much detail as posible i want to hear some honest opinions because im split and undecided on the issue. Thanks.

My son studying in 11th grade received his PSAT scores and they are as follows.
Critical Reading 64,
Mathematics 70
Writing skills 58.
Total selection Index 192 out of 240
Percentile is 94.
What are the chances of him being eligible for any kind of financial aid while applying for his college? He wants to go for Medicine. Is this score considered a good score? I would appreciate if some one experienced in this area can let me know.

My 11th grader took the PSAT and we got the report today. She scored:

Critical Reading: 58, 81st percentile
Math: 57, 74th percentile
Writing Skills: 52, 70th percentile

Selection Index: 167
Percentile: 78th

She came home happy, but I suspect from a search of the internet that this actually is not very good.

She attends a public school that is actually not that great. She is currently taking AP US History, Honors English, Physics, Algebra, Spanish, Band, and Chorus and is basically swamped keeping up with this work, so she barely prepared for this test.

Can anyone give me an honest opinion of this?
