In the movie Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Man's Chest, Johnny Depp's character, Captain Jack Sparrow, says:
"A dishonest man you can always trust to be dishonest. Honestly, it's the honest ones you want to watch out for..."

My question is what does he mean by this?
And how can I argue FOR and AGAINST the quote? (being used in a class debate and I need to know how to support the quote or prove it's wrong or something.)
Lots of examples and explanations would be great.
