it basically means,that if you enjoy doing what you,re doing for work,,,then it then becomes something other than "work" in the normal work related meaning. if we enjoy fishing and then we find a "job" fishing for a living(getting paid),then other than a meaningless task of labor,it then becomes something more.as regular work can become a task rather than something one really enjoys doing,daily.as a labor of love,instead.
