Okay, so I did my math homework, and I end up getting a radius of 8.9 and a height of 28. So I'm good with the math. I want to know wether to right the dimensions like this:

radius x height

or

height x radius.

Or does it really matter? (I'm pretty sure it does.)

My teacher is picky, so I need to get it right. Thanks!

The question I was given for my research paper was:
What do Cora and Alice suggest about the standards for womanhood developing in American culture as contrasted with those of European women?

I was thinking about talking about how Cora (being of partially of african descent / strong-headed = American view of womanhood) and Alice (being of mainly caucasian descent/ frail, timid = European view of womanhood)...but its really confusing to word all of it into a coherent, understandable thesis statement...and I'm not sure if I'm completely answering the question I was given.
Any help is great :-) thanks

My example

Booker T Washington was a former slave who learned to read and write; he worked for equal rights in his later life and founded the Tuskegee institute.

Is this grammatically correct? or is there a better way to write that? It HAS to be one sentence, as it's the topic sentence of my third paragrahp

Complete the paragraph below. Make it a paragraph of comparison and contrast. Begin by writing about the similarities between the two things. Go on to write about the differences.

Baseball is a sport that many people enjoy. Some people prefer to watch it on television, while others buy tickets to see games in the stadium. Some elements of a game are the same no matter where it is seen.

Please can someone help, I struggle in English and would greatly appreciate it, thank you.

I have to choose one author or poet and write a paper that follows a theme in two or more of his or her works.

So i'm doing them on Arthur Miller's all my sons, and death of a salesman.

how can i write 6-7 pages?

also what exactly is deductive? what am i suppose to do?

can you give me like an idea as to how to split the essay into parts to make 6-7 pages. how many paragraphs will i have?

my thesis will be: Thesis: In “Death of a Salesman” and “All my Sons,” Miller criticizes the capitalistic aspects of the American dream.

I don't know if that is any good.
