HI i did a lab on finding the molar mass of CO2. It involves subliming dry ice in a flask and using the ideal gas law to find MM. IN this lab we were suppose to find the volume using flask, water and graduated cylinder, the thing is I wasn't quite sure how my group did this and I don't ahve any of their number so I can't answer the question. Do any of you have any idea how to do this?

This is the link to the lab, the question i need help on is in the Analysis and questions area. The info is #4 in the procedure!

I have to write an essay for english about authority figures. I chose to write mine on police abusing their authority. does anyone know any good links or stories online of examples of police abusing their authorities? i cant find anything. Also, read my introduction paragraph and tell me if there is anything to fix and ways to make it better. That would be greatly appreciated!

Police are important authority figures in our society; they set examples to other citizens so it makes it even more important for them to follow the laws rather than abusing their authority. They are given the responsibility among many people, when they think they are above the law and go out and rob a bank its not setting a very good example for the rest of society. Many police officers are hypocritical since they were put in such an important authority state they need to live upon what they are telling others to do and not break the laws themselves.

Well....... my project is on Buffon's needle which is where I randomly drop needles on a poster board or a floor that has parallel lines and with a simple math equation i will get pi!. The only problem I have with this project is is that i have no idea what i should name it, I couldn't come with any creative titles that were relevant to my project. My teacher came up with the idea of calling it A Needle In The Haystack.... the only problem that i have with that is that there is not a Haystack in my whole entire procedure!!!!!!! In fact ...It has nothing to do with a haystack...... soo.... could u guys plz help me ?????

This is a fourth grade math question, but even I, in BC calc in 12th grade can't figure out. Shortcuts, answers anything. . .
you have a star compromised of two triangles on top of one another, like star of david. . . If you were todraw circles at teh end poitns and at the intersection lines within the star, and using numbers 1-12, the task is to fill in circles with numbers 1-12 so each line adds up to 26.....no repeating numbers, etc.

calc has taught me however that to find 26, i was to fidn the average of the largest numbr and smallest number so (1+12)/2= 6.5.. and multiply this by 4 since four numbers in a row to get 26.

to fill in numbers in star, well for that i have no idea. HELP!!
