and also...why we put Prokinase - K after putting the sample in the tube?After putting Pro-K , we will put the tube in the water bath around 60 degree celcius...and why we have to do that?is it for the Pro-K to digest all the sample(tissue)??I was trying to get DNA band for moth.any website can help me in DNA extraction?thanks ..

My teacher in English did not like my composition because of the numerous adj. & adv. i used. she got irritated when i used words which are normally hard to comprehend. i did only that bcoz she wants a composition full of description. Would u mind have some comment what is wrong.

My teacher asked me to come up with a familiar task to perform infront of the class. the guidlines are I have to have a clear purpose or goal , it has to be possible to achieved , it has to make sense to me (logical) , it has to have a clear sequence of steps , I have do actually be doing in there and then , i have to be specific , tangible(use a prop), i have to be doing somthing active, and it has to require focus. I have almost no idea what she is asking about and class is tomorrow please help any suggestion would be greatly appriciated!!
