Being a chicken fan, i have been a loyal supporter of KFC. But recently i suddenly realised how small the portions was when i asked for a 3 piece meal... All parts so small, seems like it came from a spring chicken. What happen?? Same price but smaller chicken servings. disappointed!!

I'm currently on the subway diet- which is good. I'm looking for other fast food places that I can go for lunch to change it up when I get tired of subway.

Restaurants located in my area are:
taco bell
Wendy's
Subway (of course)
Mcd
taco del mar
Jack in the box
a sushi place

there are a few others, but I'm assuming that they arent healthy.

any suggestions?

I always feel that KFC chicken is the most crappiest food I have ever had. The greasy fried chicken they serve is not a food its a kinda poison. If people continue to eat that regularly I think they will die out of heart attack. I always wonder whether they soak the chicken in oil or fat. This food is really a threat to our health. What do you guys think?

So many people I talk to claim that chipotle is healthy because it is grilled, they use fresh ingredients, etc. But all I see is a burrito with a ton of calories and a high fat content. A typical chicken burrito (13" tortilla, rice, black beans, chicken, and red tomatillo [no extras] has 947 calories, 29 grams of fat (only 5 of which is saturated, which is pretty impressive), 120 g carbohydrates, and 52 g of protien (which I also like about it). Substituting the fajita vegetables for the meat doesnt really change much either.

So my question is, what is so "healthy" about Chipotle?

I ordered a very simple order with a coke and large coffee... the girl comes with large coke and what? So, I had to repeat this TWO more times before she 'got it'......what is the deal with fast food workers? oh and she was rude when I pulled up to the window, acting like it was my fault.
