I'm currently on the subway diet- which is good. I'm looking for other fast food places that I can go for lunch to change it up when I get tired of subway.

Restaurants located in my area are:
taco bell
Wendy's
Subway (of course)
Mcd
taco del mar
Jack in the box
a sushi place

there are a few others, but I'm assuming that they arent healthy.

any suggestions?

subway or quiznos sandwiches....

from taco bell you can get a bean burrito or the zesty chiken bowl (substitute hot sauce for dressing)

long john silvers also has a baked fish meal

if you get a chick fila combo with fruit instead of fries, it's fairly healthy......

also, sonic has grilled chicken wraps or grilled cheese sandwiches.....

I would say try the sushi place if you are looking to count calories. Hopefully it's not a real fast food place and the food doesn't sit around. You don't want fish that has been sitting around, really bad for you. But, it is healthy and you can get some interesting things. Just stay away from the fried foods. You can always have a salad at MacDonald's, but rather boring.
You aren't going to get anything good at the hamburger places. All you are going to get is empty calories, and when watching calories it is important that you get good nurishment and use your calories well. You don't need the empty calories from the white bread bun, the unknown meat patty, either fried or grilled. Just as a note, in a meal of a double mac (or whatever they are called) fries, and a regular soda you are getting more calories in one meal than you should have in one day. Hope this is of some help. Coming to you from a constant dieter, someone who is always watching weight. Know you didn't ask, but if you are on a diet you might want to look at the South Beach Diet. I can't help but push that diet. I've spent so much of my life counting calories, or even doing fasts, but never lost weight like I have on this diet, and keeping it off. 90 pounds down, can't beat that.

Quite Honestly there is no such thing as low calorie fast food. Even the salads at most fast food places are going to be about 400-600 calories in some places. My best suggestion would be to either pack your own lunches every now and then or switch up what kind of subs you eat at subway.

You've got the right idea with Subay...also try Quiznos and other places that offer sandwiches like Arby's

How about also taco salads from taco time or taco bell and any salads from McDonalds and Wendys
