I have been happy with 3 and their service. But i took a contract with 02 for a change. Now i met 2 mager problems: customer service is awful and expencieve, and i cannot stop my contract bacause i made couple of phone calls from that new number, even i thought that 7 days peace of mind will be useful. What can I do? I hate o2 from the beginning and would like to be with 3. If i send phone back what i have to expect?

I have a kyocera slider remix that i got with cricket and i was wondering if it's possible to unlock the locked stuff on the phone, Like the sounds and caller id pictures they have already on there.
