Unless you know someone in China, it's probably a cold call from some company trying to sell you something. I get this kind of thing occasionally, usually from India. Best ignore it.

don,t bother its just someone cold calling trying to sell you something you do not want or need they have millions of area codes to call to they get paid and you can withhold your number and ring it back but at premium rate it not advisable

that is either china, or if when you call it back it goes nowhere, then it has probably been routed via voip, internet telephony, if thats the case, the caller could be anywhere in the world.
