I have been happy with 3 and their service. But i took a contract with 02 for a change. Now i met 2 mager problems: customer service is awful and expencieve, and i cannot stop my contract bacause i made couple of phone calls from that new number, even i thought that 7 days peace of mind will be useful. What can I do? I hate o2 from the beginning and would like to be with 3. If i send phone back what i have to expect?

i am the oposite to you absolutely hate 3 and have had major probs with them and am happy with o2 although i ahve had reasons in the past to be dispointed with the customer service people but for every bad one thier is some great and really helpful ones not so at 3 also you have a 14day cooling off period to get out your contract so be quick and o2 will honour this good luck with 3 you will certainly need it and be out of pocket with thier hidden charges and when you think 3 network actually are part of o2 as they borrow lots of thier services from o2 thats a fact

You go into the 3 retailer and ask them if that you would be able to swap over to there community however hold your quantity the same, they will have to be capable to do it, i did this once I changed type Orange to o2 they usually let me maintain the equal quantity Hope this helped Xxx

I feel so sorry for you, I wouldn't touch O2 again with a barge pole. I am waiting for them to take me to court now, I have several statements from them, all saying I owe them different amounts so until they work out what I owe them, I am paying them nothing.

I think you only have to pay for the calls you make, it's somewhere in the terms and conditions.
