I live in L.A. and travel frequently, so need reliable, low-cost wireless service. I'm willing to suck it up and pay the $175 early cancellation since Verizon has been a nightmare and a half with its high charges, I wasn't told about 15-day grace period to add insurance, so I missed deadline. I paid $400 one month when I went over my minutes (even though I'm a "Merits" customer, the rep didn't handle situation to my satisfaction.) AND I'm being given a hard time about insurance on new phone I bought. Help! Which is best provider and why?

Do you find it useful to carry two phones? I.e. one for work, one for personal use? Or, one for voice calls, the other for e-mail/data?

Just about every Cellphone battery has a sticker on it.
Normally it has a red or pink line running across the white sticker.

What does this sticker represent ?? anyone know ?

Does anyone know what a PCS cell phone is
and why it's different the other cell phones?
My friend has one that is registered from
Sprint spectrul Lp. When I called,I only get
the voice mail but the phone doesn't ring.
Yesterday it kept saying the mailbox was full,
and to call back later. Today it's allowing for
messages. I sent some messages saying I
needed them to call me,but so far no return
calls. My friend went a couple of states away
to visit,and I wanted to know if they got there
ok,and if they are doing alright.
Does anyone know what the problem could be
with my friends cell phone? It won't ring,it just
goes straight to voice mail. The mailbox was
full yesterday,but not today though.

My son is almost 8, and I want to be able to drop him off earlier at school, before they open the doors. So I need to get him a phone. I currently am with T-Mobile, and was looking at the FireFly, but apparently that can only be used for Cingular. I don't really want to switch carriers. SO, what phone would you recommend for a child?

I have a Motorola V300 cell phone. I am going to change my SIM card and phone number. I have some pictures in my phone. I dont know they are stored, in SIM card or phone memory. If I cahnge my SIM card do I loose my picts or they still stay in the phone?
