The ones with high speed internet access are Verizon and Sprint.

i do it as dial up thru my cell using a blue tooth usb adapter and my phone if i can't find a hotspot.
sprint and verizon sell a pcmcia card that gets you on, but its $$$$$ for the service.

I know you can do it with the razor using verizon as your provider.
