My navigation hover effect is working perfect in all browsers except IE7. The arrow is getting cut off. Does anyone know why this is happening? I have tried so many things but can not figure it out. You can view my site at:

my comp wont let me onto sites like youtube because it says this...
"Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player. "
the thing is i dont kno how to turn JavaScript on , and it wont let me click on the "Get the latest Flash player" link :S
so if you know how to turn java scrript on then PLEASE tell me

I make excel models that are not very user friendly and I'm trying to make them more for commercial use. I need help learning how to streamline the models i have using VBA and don't really know where to turn. I want to learn while watching someone do it for me i.e. learn by example. Hi. I'm working on my first 'professional' web-design project (when I say professional, I mean I've been offered money for it) and I'be hit a little block in the road. I've got a great layout and design for the site... my customer and I are quite happy with how its turning out. There's just one problem... the drop down menu won't work in Firefox. It looks great in IE7, but in FF it looks terrible. Can anyone tell me how to fix this. Here's the HTML that I am using for each cell (5 cells in total):

I was wondering if it is possible to link to a CSS file across domains without security/cross browser issues.
Here is the setup: Manage one primary site on Domain A with secondary content on Domain B. Both sites use same layout/design. I have direct control over Domain A, but changes to Domain B require a third party to implement.
I would like to have immediate control over the stylesheet and wass thinking about having the CSS file on Domain B be a hard link to the file on Domain A.
So instead of the LINK tag on Domamin B being a relative link to the finle on Domain B, its a URI to the file on Domamin A.
Any issues I should be concerned with?

I am just starting a blog and slowly learning about how to use it. One of the features I see in Wordpress is the ability to use the tag '' which will only display a certain amount of text before the tag and then add a 'Read More...' link for readers to click over.
Does using this tag have any other real advantages aside from making the main page less cluttered?

This is my php mysql select query:

BUT it comes up with the error

I want to create a web page that will have anywhere from one to 4 four columns per page. These article columns will be inside a div container that will be centered. I do not want my articles to flow or move around and I will be placing images in the articles as well.
How do I do this? The tutorials I find always have the second column float and move around. I do not want any liquidity.
Please include the full code - I am new to css and a simple comment will not help me much.
