Um ... I believe the French use the Gregorian calendar, like the rest of the world, but hey, it's the French, you never know.
If you mean you want the calendar to be in the French language, that's easy: Create a Google ID and sign up for a calendar at http://calendar.google.com Then, just change the language to be French and set it to be public.
