I have read some answers to previous questions about the use of Access in doing this, however, I have had no success. What I am doing is essentially creating a technical database of technical articles and journals that I have indexed into about 25 "chapters." In the end, my goal is to have all these articles (about 500+) scanned into .pdf files and then accessible from this database. That is, it can be searched through the use of the index or a keyword search and, at the same time, the title of the article is linkable to the actual .pdf file.

Hi, i have a little dilemma with the listbox i've set it to mulptiple so users can choose a number of items but i want to limit their selection to five only... so the problem is i have no idea how to do that. Ahh... javascript? Thanks in advance.

I have multiple meshes"one mesh for the head","one mesh for the body"."one mesh for the arm" Ect.

How do i cover all the meshes with ONE mesh? To make a mesh type skin over all of them. What tool would work the easiest. I know the basics of the programs but i'm really a cad person. I just need to know what tool to look up in the help.

I am quite a novice programmer, so I hope this makes sense. I am trying to write a Windows Application in Visual Basic using Visual Studio 2005 that allows the user to create and study "virtual" flashcards. Each card will consist of a topic/term and details about that topic/term--as with ordinary flashcards. Each card will also belong to a deck(s). Each deck represents related topics and terms. So, for instance if the user wanted to study a chapter in a book, the deck would represent the chapter and each card in that deck would represent the related topics/terms. When the user creates a card/deck, I need a way of storing this information on the end users machine. I don't want the user to have to access a remote database for this, because I don't plan on maintaining one. Is there a good solution for this problem? If so then what?

I already checked out all the websites because i need to make my own html to place for my website. But it is so hard to learn. I am also confuse about all these gibberish writings so i have no idea what they are talking about. First i was trying to make a registration form out of html. Then a guy told me how and i did what he said but it didn't work. I also visit alot of websites about HTML but all of them are so complicated.
