they were checked as harmful files by hijackthis but cann't fix by hijcakthis and cann't delete by manual procession either, please help me to mremove them, thank you!

Im having a problem everytime I try and use the LAUNCHcast radio program on Yahoo!music.
When it trys to connect I just get a thing saying:
Error

Hi everyone! I am from Canada and I was just wondering how to add music to my space. I downloaded the windows media player but i don't know where i am susposed to find the music to put it on. i just installed my new system on my computer. its been about a week so i was going to defrag my drive cus it looked really bad. then my internet explorer and fire fox are having alot of trouble. its really slow, pics cant load sometimes, i cant download stuff (it says its currupt), i get error messeges, and everything is all distorted. and this happened rite after i did a defrag. so it was something that the defrager did. i need help.
