I want to sell custom boards on ebay.
In today's crazy world, I'm a bit afraid of being sued. If they can find in favor of a woman who spills coffee on her lap, I can certainly get in trouble if someone wipes out on one of my boards and blames the board. It happens - and I have assets to protect.
Another thing is privacy from my ex, my creditors etc.

One way around it would be to incorporate, get product liability insurance - etc etc etc. I really don't want the hassle since I don't even know if it would sell well.

I just want to run a respectable business with the ability to keep my privacy.

Anyone know how?

I have received emails supposedly from England in which a artist is trying to sell his work and Americans pay for his work using American Postal money orders and gee, for some reason, these are just very difficult to cash overseas, so this "artist" begs for your help. I thought I'd try and see what happens. About a week later, I got 5 money orders (they looked legit) totalling over $4200! When I took them to the post office, that is when I learned they were counterfeit! Since then, I average still, at least, 3 per week!

Ok Im a teen who wants to start her own buisness in cleaning. I'm trying to raise money for college and family. I speak spanish and english. Right now I'm just cleaning nighbors and friends houses and learning detail cleaning. I wan't to work up to having a small buisness working with the richer people in this city. this older man at work acts like I can't do anything right, he always tells me that I look nice that day, or that I have a beautiful phone voice, but then every time I do something worth while or finish a big project and people tell me I have done well on it he will always come back with a remark like "but she didn't fill up printer A as soon as it was out of paper, I had to go and load it" I am sorry but we have several printers and none of them ran out but his, it is not my job to fill up the printers, only the copy machines, how can I improve so he will stop finding problems with everything I do, how can I convence him I am not an air head.

I want to start a nonprofit charity in my area (reno, NV). I have looked to see if there is already one in my comunity and there is not. I want to know how I find the contacts I need. I want to start a Medical relief for Africa. How do I find out who to set up with so that the supplies and money would get to Africa. Or is there an orginization I can join to set up a charity in my area. I have tried to look this up already, but I am only finding sites that will you fill out the 501c3 form and not actual orginization or contracts.

And if I have to start my own charity how find the contacts and start the charity, besides filing a 501c3 form. ( I have all the informationon the form I need)

I am a receptionist and co- moc (manager of communications) for a large building company, I am in charge of sorting mail, and you know those envilopes that some companies send you to reply with, well most of the employees don't want those, since I must open all of the mail before I can rout it I take all of the envilopes out. I was taught to open all of the mail make a pile and then start routing it. There is one employee who wants to keep these envilopes but by the time I figure out what letters are his I have already thron away all of the envilopes so he comes up to me every day and begins complaining, but I don't know how to fix the problem,

which is where you guys come in, what do you think I should do

oh yah and I know that my spelling sucks, but I typed this in a hurry I need to get back to work

Forbes reports Bill Gates as being the Richest man in the world. They only have access to public records, publicly traded companies, and of course speculation.

Are there billionaires out there that just like to be more private and low key? You can hold billions in off-shore accounts, real estate, trusts, private companies, etc and no one ever knows about them.

My guess is that most billionaires are worth a lot more than what Forbes reports and that the list should be at least twice as long.

there are various types of stocks in a compan like raw material, stores & spares, stocks in process, finished goods , goods in transit, etc. all these have opening stock & closing stocks given in the balance sheet .and also annual consumption value of some of these is given the P& L a/c like of raw material and stores.How can one draw conclusion from the figures given over a time period of 3-4 years?
