I just turned 18 years old and have about 50 grand in the bank that i plan to invest sometime early in Feburary (When my GIC bond expires). What i'm looking for is a good mutral fund that would give a good ROI. Since i'm under 21, I don't want to consider investing the money in a down payment for a house,,,,,
If you have any other suggestions for investing my money please tell me...

Recently I have been searching to find the best way to invest, which included silver and gold. Still, there are many gold and silver exchanges, excluding the U.S. Bullion Exchange, and I am just curious about any of these others that I have briefly looked at and many that I haven't. If you have any answers please get back to me. If you have any other better suggestions in investing I am also listening.

I have the formula for valuing a stock experiencing supernormal growth for a period of time, but then returns to normal growth. How do you figure it out on a BAII Plus calculator? The dividend goes up, but then assuming that the stock is sold at the end of the period with supernormal growth. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It was on bloomberg online video news.I didn't really get how the rate differential is related to what is happening with coperate bonds and T-bills( rediculously low yield). A guest from Lehman Brothers also mentioned something like "currency swap with ECB" as the next step.....how does all of this comes together. I just want to understand what I heard.

I have my own methods of trading at present, but would like to ask:

Are there really any good trading systems out there?

Are these a rip off, or do they work? Any answers welcome.....

If so, do you use anyone for advice?

Been thinking of trying out www.qsa-sports.com but wanted some feedback on this first.

Is there any way to divert a small portion of my IRA funds to prosper.com?

I would like to add a little debt to my portfolio for diversification, and prosper.com's returns (8-12% on average) are competitive with stocks/mutual funds.

I know IRAs are pretty flexible with the type of investments you can put in them.
