I want to learn how to flip houses. Armando Montelongo has a combination of e-books and cd's called "Flip it now" and "Flip and Grow Rich". Before I purchase anything I'd like to know if anyone has tried it.

I only have about $500 to invest, and my strategy calls for frequent trades. I don't need help looking for stocks or doing much research. Also, this will be the first time that I've ever traded online. Thanks for your help guys!

Bernie and Pam Britten are a young married couple beginning careers and establishing a household. They will each make about $50,000 next year and will have accumulated about $40,000 to invest. They now rent an apartment but are considering purchasing a condominium for $100,000. If they do, a down payment of $10,000 will be required.

They have discussed their situation with Lew McCarthy, an investment advisor and personal friend, and he has recommended the following investments:

The condominium - expected annual increase in market value = 5%.
Municipal bonds - expected annual yield = 5%.
High-yield corporate stocks - expected dividend yield = 8%.
Savings account in a commercial bank-expected annual yield = 3%.
High-growth common stocks - expected annual increase in market value = 10%; expected dividend yield = 0.
Calculate the after-tax yields on the foregoing investments, assuming the Brittens have a 28% marginal tax rate (based on Public Law 108-27, The Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003).
How would you recommend the Brittens invest their $40,000? Explain your answer.

I have 3,000 I can put into the stock market right now, and I can put 500-1000 into it every month. I wanted to just buy 50-75 dollars in stocks every week day. But it seems the commisson to buy, then to sell would make that pointless. I am really only interested if I can buy stocks on a daily basis.. That would give me something to do (researching all day before I buy) so that I dont blow my money doing something else. No comments on my lifestyle plz, just help me with buying stocks. Thanks.

I no longer work for the company with whom I own about $3000.00 through Mellon IN vestor Services.

I just recieved a notice giving me three options:
1. Transfer all shares to a regular shareholder accout with Mellon INvestor Services.

2. Issue certificates for all whole shares

3. Sell all shares and close the account ($2.00 service fee for each transaction involving a sale. The share price per share will be an average of all the companies shares sold that day)

I have very limited knowledge on stocks. can someone help please?

I have been researching for hours and I think I have come up with some VERY good stocks with great potential for investing RIGHT NOW. They have high EPS increases since the same quarter last year AND low debt to equity ratios and current ratios are good. The Three stocks are as follows and you may research

UCTT-----this stock seems pretty good

VDSI-----Very good stock with some NEW potential services

EML-----The best I have found so far and a little LESS VOLATILE than the rest meaning if are bull maret quits it may be better to invest in this one.

OPINIONS PLEASE?? :)

An ETF I'm looking at closed today on Friday at $76.60 a share. If I buy that stock at market rate, it comes up to be 78.50. Why is the market value so much higher for a given stock than the closing price? If after hours trading has affected the price, how can I keep track of those fluxuations? All the stock trackers I have only deal with times the US market is open. Thanks
