I work with a company that gives people all the necessary tools to learn and start investing in real estate. The education in this company is so well constructed that you can earn college credits towards a degree. So it is definitely NOT an MLM or seminar type of thing. The company is first of its kind in the nation and currently there are 10,000 members nationwide.

So, how do I find some good prospects?

Hello all,
So, I wonder why so many people speculate with day trading in the forex market when you could easily determine the trend of the EUR/USD and then just buy some EUR....after a few months you should have several hundreds pips gain.
To be honest, I am new at the forex market and this is one of the few things I still don't understand at all...and probably this is one of the most important parts at all of the Forex market.

I have a question about the stock market. I understand the basics of it, but for example if I bought one share or more in a company like Microsoft, how would I keep track of my stock and get any money I may make? This is confusing to me, I understand the whole thing about how each share is worth this, but how would I go about purchasing a stock and keeping up with it?

I read something somewhere that if you cash in your savings bonds and pay your student loan off that you wouldn't have to put your interest on your tax form. Has anyone heard of this. Now, I'm trying to hunt down that information because my son has two bonds that have now matured and he is getting ready to pay off the rest of his student loan. He found that interesting.
