I am afraid that if and when my grandfather is unable to speak etc or even die, how shell I pay for his medical bills and care when all the money is in the savings? Can I have access to that by law? I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR I DO NOT WANT THE MONEY, I WANT TO PAY BILLS THAT HAVE ACUMULATED FROM MY GRANDFATHERS CONDITION AND CARE IN THE NURSING HOME. Please if anyone knows what I can do, I would appreciate your help. Thank you

i thought if you already had a ticket in progress that you couldnt get another ticket for the same thing, at least until you have your other ticket paid for. Does anyone know what you have to do to get a doctors note saying that you can have tint. My eyes are very sensitive and i think i could get one but im not sure what all you have to do when you see if you can get one so if anyone knows then please let me know, and also does anyone know any good websites that explain the rights we have because sometimes cops can be pretty sly when they pull you over and do things that arent legal- like for example i know if they ask to search your car you do have the right to say no- and i want to be sure i know my rights and get treated fairly.

i know i asked a lot of questions but i hope somebody can help me with this.

I have a whole life policcy for 25 years, my cash value is built up to $300,000, and my total death benefit is around 1 million. I want to borrow money from the bank, from the total death benefit instead of cash value because I can borrow more money with the total death benefit. Does anyone know if I can do that with any bank? Just like a Home Equatiy Loan, the bank will hold my policy and I have to pay the interest that I borrowed. Does anyone have any experience on that?If you do, please explain to me what you did. thank you

Specifically the homeowners market. Its crashing - everything is having to be placed with Citizen's and thats not what it was designed for. If you're from FL you know what I'm talking about.

My mom has a PPO and went to an out of network specialist for her back. She just got an EOB and her insurance only paid R&C and left her with an additional $700 of bills. My question is this: Do doctors typically write off the difference or is my mom going to see this in her bill? Doctor was paid 1k already. If my mom is responsible for amount over R&C is there anyway to contest with her insurance company?

It clearly is not his fault but our insurance agent wants us to file a claim against our own policy. He will not help us unless we do. So we are not sure how to proceed. He did go and get 2 repair estimates today. He also spoke with the person handling the insurance claims for the newspaper company. She was clueless because she had no paperwork on the accident yet. We will have the police report on Thursday.
Any assistance will be appreciated.

my son had a operation in a hostpital in the insurance network. But some of the hospital claims were rejected by the insurance saying the providers are not in the network. The hospital is in the network, I don't understand why insurance says the provider is not. So, what will be my steps to resolve the issue? Certainly, I believe it should be the issue between the hospital and the insurance company.

Thanks,

My wife and I have separated. We are currently living apart from each other. She is employed full-time. Recently, she cancelled my health insurance that she receives through her employer. I had heard that this is illegal. In other words, I was told that a spouse cannot remove the other spouse from his or her health insurance until there is a divorce. However, when I called the insurance company, I was told that she had removed me during "open enrollment" and that she is legally allowed to do so during that time. I am disabled and would suffer greatly if I lose my health coverage. Is what she did legal?

The social worker is telling my retired mom (nearly 65) to deplete her IRA (her only savings) to pay for very expensive home health care (has no insurance and doesn't qualify because she is married of allt hings) like TPN and nursing and such. Even if she did this, it wouldn't be enough to cover everything (she has cancer and it most likely will recur after this course of treatments).

Can the County hospital force her out like this? Her IRA is small and her bills for the last 4 months are enormous. The IRA has to be used for her basic living expenses, but the hospital doesn't want to hear any of that. If she refuses to pay for the home care, then what happens? The Dr wanted to keep her in for at least another week to see how the tumor goes.

I just don't want my mom to be broke and homeless and having cancer!
