with the company for a longer peroid of time than me. I have a lot of education, but I am very young. Obviously, I have proved myself time and time again at this company. Do have any tips that will make me feel more confident when addressing employee problems and getting the employees to follow my rules. Any suggestions on how to be a good supervisor would be helpful. How can HyVee grocery store pay their sackers 5 dollars an hour? Isn't that below minimum wage? Also 5.50 for the older sackers and 6 dollars for cashiers. And this is right in the center of the Johnson County, one of the top 5 richest counties in the US. Even the dollar store around here starts out at more than that. How is it legal to pay under minimum wage?

I'm 30 yrs old and I just finished a liberal arts undergrad degree; because of that, I'm having trouble breaking into the corporate/business world.
