I returned an item to a seller. He would not contact me after that. I started a claim. He would not respond. I started a dispute. After weeks, Pay Pal told me to return the item I had already returned and send the tracking number. I sent the tracking number and explained that was the reason for the dispute. I already returned the item and he did not refund. Finally, after a month, they write and say the tracking number is invalid (it is not; I have checked it myself and the item is delivered) and case closed. Just like that! They didn't say why they considered it invalid; if the guy was insisting he didn't get the item. They didn't explain anything. Does anyone know if there is a way to now fight this pay pal decision or someone I can turn them in to?

I asked who has Sprint/Nextel and if they enjoy being ripped off. I talked about how Sprint has taken it upon themselves to remove current customers who use customer service more than once a month, or who complain about Sprint's services. Also one of their goals is to get every customers bill over $100 a month, for this they will need to create classes and the ones who dont need $100 or more a month in services will be removed as a customer no matter what their past is with Sprint. This most likely will be shoot down because of angry public opinion and the mainstream news actually is talking about it. This following statement is based on fact and actual experience with said company. Sprint/Nextel has the highest rates, worst customer service, worst coverage, largest roam areas(not a good thing), and a general dislike of the lower middleclass and poor in this country. End your contract with Sprint/Nextel now! This company is unamerican, it outsources jobs and services and charges u more

They took over the company I worked for (Barnstead Co.) and closed the W Roxbury,Ma. location. I only have a piece of paper telling me that I should receive $50.00/month when I'm 59. I have moved multiple times since the early 90's and forgot about this paper until it was found during a move. They don't have my current address.I went on a gov.web site but only found a dental co. subsidiary. They used to make water purification equipment and compete with Millipore. I need the corp.headquarters address (I think). Has too much time passed? TIA

What's the difference between a parent company owning 80% of a subsidiary and a holding company owning 80% of a subsidiary?

Are they different just by name? Or is there a real difference between the two?
