Both "utility" and "warehouse" (as opposed to "warehose" :-) ) are common words .. chances are you will find dozens if not hundreds of businesses with that name.

My advise ?

Unless you have visited the actual premises and looked inside (to see if the have any real stock) you might as well assume they only exist on paper and any money you pay over is gone for good .....

Even some "Companies" with "professional" looking web sites turn out to be pyramid schemes (where some of the money you pay in is used to pay out "dividends" to other investors which helps to keep the scam going untill the number of new "investors" dries up ... and the founders walk of with 90% of the cash) ... or nothing but empty promises (and empty buildings) and are just total scams ...
