Besides going through Yahoo Search Marketing. I would imagine that their has to be software or links to learn how to do exactly what they're charging an arm and a leg for.

I have a REALLY old website that is using that stupid dot CJB.net URL cloak. So I have myaddress.cjb.net.....this of course points to my main domain, which is also something.something.com (not very pretty). However, I have a PR3 for that site, and want to keep that PR ranking.

So I'm going to get a Dot.com name, but I don't know how to tell search engine spiders to not use the "mydomain.cjb.net" or the "something.something.com" and instead use my new domain name. I know there is a way to do this where I won't ruin my PR. Anyone know how?

NEWBIE ALERT * NEWBIE ALERT

Hi,

I'm trying affiliate marketing for the first time. I'm confused as to my final step.

I have done everything for a site that will promote a product EXCEPT place the affiliate links. Pretty smart, huh?

My affiliate product is through commission junction. I have a cj user #. Let's say it's 12345

I'm thinking that the link will be
www.productname.com/12345

Is this correct?

If not, where do I get the link for the page. I want to embed this link into my text, I don't want their slogans, banners, etc.

now want to charge me enormous fees for advertising. I am not paying but want to do it myself, they have made it so I can't even add a link to it and I have no way of telling how many people have visited it or anything, they have the username and password. I know I made a mistake and plan on getting out of the deal, it's just eh idea that they can do this. Web Club International...stay away from them. I view and I search. Search the internet that is after watching these get rich quick gurus. I guess the scam is - to offer you anything with precieved value. Get you to come up off your credit card, and the bilk you for more (or frequently) than the original agreed amount. My question is: whats the point? As a merchant that takes credit cards, if a customer even whispers "dispute" the transaction is frozen and I don't have access to the money. If I don't settle things, my account is debted and I am out! (plus fees for the chargeback) Point is, there is now no way to keep the "scam" cash for any true length of tiime. Whats the point!? After the chargebacks and eventual severence from the credit card processor it seems like a whole lot of nothing for just that? Am I missing anything here?

This is to be used for a theme/concept. It's for a brewery company that is launching a new identity following the merger of two well established breweries. I need to work this into a welcome reception, launch, team building event, companion programme, gala dinner and farewell drinks.
