I would like to make an advertisement, which has a unique phone number only for that ad. Then be able to track the ad by how many people called the number. This way I could see how many people called the number from the ad. How would I get this type of phone number and tracking?

My boyfriend sells for an advertisement company. Everything that he sells is a great deal. EX: 4 car washes at a local carwash they do inside, outsite, detailing, under the car, tires, rims, air freshener, and will wash again for free on the day of your choice if it rains within 48 hours of wash. Only for $26.00 total, no catch.
He seems to be having trouble selling, what is he leaving out?

I need to buy one of those racks you see in music shops, etc. that enable you to flick through loads of large posters. It can be a wall-hanging one or a floor-rack. Iam a little confused over this company-freelotto;I did play in their game and later they told me that I have won $1000000.
What confuses me is that they want me to give them my credit card number for them to process my prize.
Unfortunately,I do not know whether it is save for me to do so.
Is there anybody out there who has experienced a similar treatment from them?Is it save to give them my credit card number?Why don't they accept my account number instead?
