Iam a little confused over this company-freelotto;I did play in their game and later they told me that I have won $1000000.
What confuses me is that they want me to give them my credit card number for them to process my prize.
Unfortunately,I do not know whether it is save for me to do so.
Is there anybody out there who has experienced a similar treatment from them?Is it save to give them my credit card number? Why don't they accept my account number instead?
Please tell me.

Hello,

I would be very careful in this situation, they shouldn't be asking for your Credit Card details just to offer you a prize.

If they are trying to scam you then your A/c number is worthless, but the Credit card details can be used to steal your money.

I would not give them any details and go to the head-office in of the company (in person) to demand what is going on.

Thanks

It is not safe for U to give your credit card numbers to anyone for what ever reason. Anything could happen after U disclosed your account numbers or your credit card numbers. If it is genuine, tell them to give U a cheque under your name. Otherwise, it is a scam. Do not accept any other offer. It is better to regret now than later. Be careful.
