I was reading an article on perfumes and colognes that said in the old days that certain perfumes were made with starnge animal extracts. They even mentioned feces being used (apparently an important component) and other extracts. Is this the case? What exactly is Musk meant to mimic anyway, sweet smelling sweat or something???

I've recently got tanning minutes for christmas, (210 minutes) and my prom is on March 30th. I want to be dark by then, so should I go for about 10 minutes every 2 or 3 weeks until then? or every other week? Also, what helps to maintain a tan?

(Yes, I know I'm going to get skin cancer, and please dont suggest anything like jergins lotions or any other tanning lotions, they turn me orange and make me break out)

Is is some kind on uv top coat? I noticed when I go outside or when I'm under a blacklight my nails light up...I think it's that top coat they put on my acrylics. Does anyone know what it's called I can't find it anywere just the regular clear coats are the only thing I can find..

When I first started growing breasts I never wore a bra, but people said that it was improper and it wouls cause sagging. But when i wear a bra, my back feels so itchy!!!! will not wearing a bra REALLY cuase sagging and is it REALLy improper not to wear one? Or is that just a myth?

ok, well, i m 17 yrs old and dont even wear a single bra. i dont own one! is there a way u can get ur boobs to grow bigger? do NOT tell me to use pills, wear a special bra, or to get surgury. i dont only want them to LOOK big, i want them to BE bigGER! I've notice that a woman can have otherwise beautiful facial features, but if her nose is disproportionately big, then it ruins her overall appearance- but if the nose were proportionately smaller, then she'd suddenly look beautiful. Granted there are certainly exceptions, I think the most attractive proportions are big eyes and lips with a small nose.

one of my big toe nail fell off....gross i know. so i've been wearing a band aid. but i really want to get a pedicure for this weekend. i was thinking just getting a pedicure on the rest of my toes. or do you think they could put a fake nail or something? has anyone ever been in a similar situation? any creative ideas. i really want to wear open toe shoes this weekend...and the band aid on the toe will prob look kinda silly. please ladies help
