Depends on when they are being worn, and by whom...
Black hose with the right dress or skirt for an evening out are nice, but there, as with everything fashion, a time and a place for certain things.
Also, cheap black hose, not very sexy, especially when they get nasty runs and start falling apart quickly...

Black pantyhose can be sexy if their lace . Most men arent gonna complain cause if their getting a peek of the panties that means the closer they are to getting some aZZ. The best panties to get are the colorful ones like purple, dark pink, blue, with designs on them. Their cute, sexy and the darker colors still make you look thinner.
