When I first started growing breasts I never wore a bra, but people said that it was improper and it wouls cause sagging. But when i wear a bra, my back feels so itchy!!!! will not wearing a bra REALLY cuase sagging and is it REALLy improper not to wear one? Or is that just a myth?

No, they are not necessary but DEFINITELY a good idea to wear. Many shirts have built in support or padding which allow you to wear them without a bra. But I would certainly suggest going to a Victoria's Secret or other bra store and ask somewhere there about the different types of bras they have. I know that VS has a few bras that give you support without underwire and they're very comfortable. I would try one on to see if you like it! Otherwise, if you don't want to wear a bra, shop for camisoles with the elastic layer underneath or tops with built-in padding. Ultimately, I would suggest looking for a special type of bra that IS comfortable for you.

If you have breasts, no matter how small, you should wear a bra for support. Small breasts can still sag with time, gravity takes it toll regardless of what size you are.
However, if you are someone that is practically flat chested, ie less than AA cup, then you can probably get away with not wearing one for support.
But I don't think having your nipples showing through your top or blouse is very respectable. Also bras make a woman feel feminine and pretty, no matter what your size. And of course padded bras can make you look fuller on the bust, which makes you feel more confident.

Improper? That's probably a question only you can answer for yourself. Although I would say they are definitely appropriate in the workplace.
Attractive? That's a different question. If they're perky, you're probably okay going without. Do try to keep in mind, however, that visible nipples make many people very uncomfortable. You'll find more people looking at your chest during conversations than you would if you tucked the girls in a little. If they sag at all, please, please wear a bra. It's just not pretty.
I personally dispise bras, but can't find a way to look good without one.

i think wearing a bra is a must for women w/larger breasts (B cup & up). however, exactly how much sagging can petite breasts do? if you're more comfortable sans bra, I'd say go without it. just wear an undershirt of some sort to minimize your nipples showing through your clothing.

yeah, it will cause sagging, but at some point you won't be able to wear one, such as when your sleeping, but I'm talking about certain dresses. In all seriousness, wear one, and find one that is comfortable. I agree, yes they can be itchy, but do you really want to sit at lunch and tell the whole world that you're cold? I think not.
-Guys, lay off. We only wear bras because of you.

It all depends on what size your breasts are. The larger they are the more likely they are to sag, no matter what you do. Arguably, wearing a bra might cause them to sag more since the muscle supporting them will simply atrophy. I think there are exercises you can do to strengthen those muscles. I heard it doesn't make a difference whether you wear a bra or not to sagging. It just happens eventually.
*I think if you wanna look like a slut don't wear a bra. If not, wear one.

yah it really does cause sagging and also if you have a heavier chest and you don't wear a bra it is also hard on your back and can sometimes cause serious back problems. maybe you should try out different bras to see if there is one that doesn't itch..i have never found personally that they itch but hey we're all different!

Over time, just like everything else on your body, your breast will begin to drop. Do you really want to have stretch marks on your boobs b/c you dont want wear a bra? It's the pull of gravity to blame for this! Try going to Victoria's Secret and get the seamless bra! They even have the undies to match! ;-)

u can think what ever u want but 4 sure it wont look prof. so i would say wear it atleast when going outside...looks neat..i guess it also depends on ur size too but i would never go out in public without wearing a bra...u can if u want if u like people looking at u in disguest...its ur call.... and yes there is no myth or anything.....u can do whatever u want...this is my opinion that u should wear a bra...u might not agree with me but there is no1 who can stop u...atleast i think that :)
