I dry shave my legs and sometimes i'll get really bad cuts and red sores on my legs. I can't shave with water because my parents won't let me shave my legs yet. so i have to hid it. What should i do. i can't stop shaving now i'll look like a planet of the apes

I do not use make up very often, so I usually have my products for a pretty long time. Since I buy clinique, I cannot afford to be replacing them every x amount of weeks, so could anyone explain me if using old make up is bad for you, and why?

im 19 but only look about 16yrs, what kind of things can i do to make me look my age, eg. Clothes, make up, hair ect.
Im fed up of old people looking at me funny when im out with my child, what makes it worse is that my bf is 25 and looks it.
