Your natural skin tone is your natural skin tone. It depends on the amount of melanin, and how that reacts to light.
If you want to maintain a lighter skin tone, you have to stay out of the sun. Have a look at a part of you that never sees the sun, but has normal skin colour - eg your stomach, backside or breasts. That will give you an indication of how light you can get. And that's pretty much the lightest you'll ever get, unless you get some kind of infection or virus...
It will take a few months to get your 'natural' skin tone back. You'll need to lock yourself in a cupboard or become a wee bit gothic. If that's too extreme, just cover up when out and about and wear a good SPF 30+ sunscreen. You do need sunlight to live healthily though, vitamin D is essential for strong bones, and we get it from exposure to sunlight. So don't go overboard.
There are apparently some drugs out there that will lighten your skin, but they're neither healthy nor safe.
You're destined to live with the skin you were born with I'm afraid. But the plus side is that your natural skin tone, is generally the colour that suits you best anyway.

Lemon juice can help lighten tanning and dark splotches, but it will not lighten your natural skin tone if that is what your asking. You would have to go to a dermatologist for that.
Yogurt will not at all but it is great for softness.
