Hi all. Im 16, and I want to have a truly healthy diet, you know fruits and stuff. Im 1.80 cm tall, and weight 64 kg. I've searched the internet for a good diet, but so far I've had no luck in finding a good diet. Could u help me? I was looking for something like:
Breakfast: ...
Lunch: .....
Dinner: .....
I read in a web site its better to have 5 or 6 small meals instead of 3 main ones, is this true?
What are some food no-no and what are some excellent foods?
IM TRYING TO GET REED OF ALL THE FAT IN MY TUMMY AND LEGS, AND TO REACH A SIX-PACK
I know its half diet half excersise, so that why Im looking for a good diet. If you have a great body, please give me some tips to follow the diet. Thanks
