Hi all. Im 16, and I want to have a truly healthy diet, you know fruits and stuff. Im 1.80 cm tall, and weight 64 kg. I've searched the internet for a good diet, but so far I've had no luck in finding a good diet. Could u help me? I was looking for something like:
Breakfast: ...
Lunch: .....
Dinner: .....
I read in a web site its better to have 5 or 6 small meals instead of 3 main ones, is this true?
What are some food no-no and what are some excellent foods?
IM TRYING TO GET REED OF ALL THE FAT IN MY TUMMY AND LEGS, AND TO REACH A SIX-PACK
I know its half diet half excersise, so that why Im looking for a good diet. If you have a great body, please give me some tips to follow the diet. Thanks

They will go over your statistical physical information and help you find a proper balance of nutrition that works for your body to reach your goals. Each individual is different. What works for one person may not have the same results for someone else.

When eating remember to eat the serving size and if your still hungry eat fruit. Also hit the gym
