If you can be patient for awhile, lay down on your side where the water is. If you stay there long enough I think you'll eventually have some luck..

Buy you a bottle of ear drops called Swimmer's Ear drops. It will dry up the water in your ear. Be careful though I thought I had swimmer's ear and when I put the drops in my ear it burned like hell as it turned out I had an ear infection and a small hole in my eardrum. But, if you know for sure the clogged ears is a result of water alone then this solution will be perfect for you.

Hello.
I am a swimmer & I encounter this situtation everyday. Sometimes it can be a pain. This is what works for me. I insert a clean cotton swab into my ears, the cotton quickly absorbs all the water!
Best of luck!

Vinay

why did u jump up n down for?
if the water is blocking ur left ears all u have to do is lean to ur left but with force. how do i say it here...? hmmm..
ok u know head banging? like as in head banging to a metal rock tune? u bob ur head up n down right?
so now, if it's ur left ears that is filled with water u 'bob' ur head to the left. if it's the right ears, 'bob' ur head to the right.
it works!
