The more I see gals and guys with pierced faces, multi-colored hair and unsual fashion or make -up I am beginning to believe that "Good Looking" people do not do this to themselfs. I am not judging the people that alter their style/face/body but am curious why it seems to be prevelant among less attractive people.

I am changing my image so I need to know if it is better to change all at once or gradually change one step at a time? I have been trying to be something I am not for about 5 or 6 years and I really want to change my image to what I really am. So is it better to change all at once or one step at a time? I am thinking it might be easier on me and my friends if I do it one step at a time. But I would like your oppinion. Thanks in advance. I didn't know which category to put this question in.

I wish I could spend more time to get nice clothes and good skin and hair products and make myself look nicer, but I don't have the time so I just keep wishing. Is it wrong to always wish this? What can I do to stop myself? If you know any quick ways to fix any skin or hair problems without spending much time, please tell.

my mom hates my style. everytime we go somewhere she always says go up stairs and change your clothes. she says i cover up to much. and that i have no color in my life cuz i dont wear bright colors like orange and pink. that draws attention and i dont want attention from everybody. i just want to look cute. she should be happy im not leaving the house looking like a ghetto girl.
