I don't think Wal-Mart sells them. Are they expensive? Where can I find them? (not online)...I just love them so much! Please help.......

you should try walgreens. they have a great magazine collection and i believe that teen vogue is one of them . if it is not there try 7-11 or circle k , whatever it is you have in your town.
