A lot of times your first order as a new rep will come via UPS rather than the regular delivery company. If this is the case, UPS doesn't deliver on Saturdays & is sometimes a day or 2 later than the regular delivery company. You should have received an email from Avon letting you know about how your order was shipped. If it says "Normal Delivery Company" & you still haven't received it, you can either call your upline (the person who signed you up) or Customer Service - you should have been given that number when you were signed up. Since it's now Monday afternoon, hopefully you've already received your order & this is no longer an issue. If that's not the case...I'd make some calls if I were you.

Now, to the person who complained about Avon being unorganized, you get out of it what you put into it.

To the person who recommended selling Avon on eBay, selling Avon products on eBay is strictly forbidden by Avon. If they discovera rep doing this, he/she can lose their Avon account. Also, many times Avon being sold on eBay is outdated products - just FYI.

If you have waiting customers, be sure you all ways promise their items a few days after the promise date Avon gives you. If Avon gets your shipment to you on time, you'll only appear more efficient to your customers because they received their order a day or so before your promised date. Know what I mean?

Another route to go is find out what Avon product is a hot selling item on Ebay. Use your rep discount to buy those items and then sell them on Ebay. However, one of Ebay's rules is that you have the item in your possession before posting it with them.

I only purchase Avon from Ebay because my Avon lady had shipment problems too. Ebay is more reliable.
