Makeup - October 2006

I wear make up most of the time. Some concealer, powder, eye shadow, mascara and lipstick. Are there any other men who do the same?

I have been trouble finding the perfect concealer. Right now i use Lancome Effacernes waterproof concealer. If you have tried it, do you think it is worth the $40 price?

Supposedly Nordstrom's has a new cosmetics line called e.l.f. that they plan to sell in the department stores and to promote the new line they are selling all of their products for only $1 on-line. I ordered some but have yet to recieve my order....has anyone ordered and recieved their stuff yet??

My daughter ordered the Perfect Pigment makeup from Christina Cosmetics. You are asked to agree to an auto delivery program, with the option to cancel at anytime. My daughter didn't think much of the makeup and wants to cancel. The problem is, the phone number listed is a recording, asking you to leave a message, but message box is always full. The number to order the item is no longer in service. Emails are not answered. Meanwhile, charges to my card continue.

Hey all! I'm 19, I'm a freshman in college, and seriously, this is one of the only times in my life where I have wanted to wear make-up. Problem is, I don't know how, like what colors work and whatnot. Also, i have acne. so... yeah LOL also, i don't know the order of stuff, which are less important than others (like using eye make-up without blush and whatever) I'm very illiterate here as you can tell. I have combination skin with several blemishes that never seem to go away - I am looking for a foundation that will l be able to handle a 12 hour day as well as their climatic changes. When I tend to perspire it happens on my upper lip and around my cheekbones - I need this cover up NOT to show this ... I am looking for a liquid.

it looks good, and i've awlays worn it and done well with the fellas, but i think its time for a change! black mascara makes my eyes look really small and horrible, and all other eyeshadows make me look ugly. i've got brown mid length layered hair, very pale skin, blue eyes, glasses - help!
