Hehe Give it a try!!! Although I would be scared it would get smudged over the night, Unless you dusted a light baby powder over it..I've used lipstick as a blush before, and it worked fine :) Good Luck!!

Yea you can use it as an eyeshadow but be careful for not letting it to smudge. Fold a tissue into fours and then place it under your eyes while doing it and then go to the restroom to check on it every 3 hours or so. But I'm warning you the next day you might get pimples near your eyes and it's really hard to remove lipstick "eyeshadow" and it will spread around and that will allow bacteries to spread. If you take care you will be fine!

Certainly NOT the composition of a lipstick is very greasy and thick comparing to the creamy eye shadows. Probalby you won't have a reaction at the begining but the eye lid is made of a very thin layer of skin and it may absorb the lipstick grease and bring it either inside of your eyes or keep it in the surface layers of your eye lid and end up with a reaction to the red or violet pigment or the weight or the consistancy of the lipstic will end up being too heavy on you eye lid.

I think it would better off as lipstick or even blush. The area around your eyes is sensitive and the skin there is very thin, so if you were to use lipstick as eyeshadow, it would pull your skin a little bit, since the texture is harder than actual eyeshadow.

I've used lipstick as eyeshadow before, and it looked awesome! Just make sure you put foundation on first, then glide on the lipstick with your ring finger, then dust over with a translucent powder. I, personally, wouldn't use red unless it was like a berry or something.

I don't suggest it. Lipstick has a lot of moisturizers in it because the skin on your lips is very thin and drys up easily. It would just be a greasy mess on your eye lid. It will smear easily, and look really cheap. Now...using eye shadow as lipstick...thats something else. All you need is a nice color and some vasaline.

Well, IF I were to wear red eyeshadow, I wouldn't use lipstick. I think that it would really crease badly. In a pinch, I have used lipstick for blush.

LIpstick is a life saver. It can stand in for eyeshadow and blush. Just apply it lightly (dab with your fingertips). It feels a bit sticky at first but it will set up eventually. It gives an interesting look.

I wouldn't, because the lipstick would be kind of sticky. I guess you could if you really wanted to, I know there are some products that they sell that are "all-in-one." I like to use my blush as eyeshadow, though.

Yes. Just be careful not to rub your eyes and then touch the rest of your face. Not because you'll have red blotches on your face, but because lipstick loves to clog pores and could really break you out.
