My daughter ordered the Perfect Pigment makeup from Christina Cosmetics. You are asked to agree to an auto delivery program, with the option to cancel at anytime. My daughter didn't think much of the makeup and wants to cancel. The problem is, the phone number listed is a recording, asking you to leave a message, but message box is always full. The number to order the item is no longer in service. Emails are not answered. Meanwhile, charges to my card continue.

ask your credit card company to void all purchases from them. also contact the BBB because what they are doing is illegal.

I love my christina cosmetics! I was using it faster then i was recieving it so placed another order. So i was recieving TWO shipments with automatic renewal. I ended up calling to customize my order and had no problem Getting someone to help. She even canceled my one ordering shipment to save me money. They was very helpful! Im not sure when this question was posted. I feel they are a legitimate company and not out to just take your money. And believe me I've came across a few companies like that. For me...this is the best makeup i ever had and have gotten à few friends ordering now. Good luck to you.
