When I first debated about wearing makeup I had the same problem. I started off really simply by wearing just black or brown mascara, and a clear, or pinkish lipgloss. That way you are still wearing makeup without overdoing it. If you have blemishes you can use a concealer to touch up the spots. I hope this advice has helped you.

It depends on your age. If your still in middle school or high school, I would suggest maybe wearing mascara, a little blush and lipgloss. Don't wear makeup because your friends are. If it isn't necessary for your skin, that is, you don't have anything to cover and have beautiful skin, then show off that natural beautiful skin. So mascara, blush and lipgloss are best. Covergirl, Maybelline, Maxfactor, Revlon are good drugstore brands. Also Flirt! Cosmetics at Kohls is good.

If you don't feel comfortable wearing make up then don't but if you really want to wear it then just wear lip gloss and a little bit of blush, use Cover Girl.

NO! not at your age
if your skin is clear (no pimples) then I suggest using maybe just eye makeup and lip gloss
if you have blemished skin then definitely wait til your skin clears before starting to use makeup
makeup can clog your pores if you do not properly wash your face DAILY - just highlight your face with a light gloss and maybe a shimmer eye - the more natural you look the better

Don't wear it because your friends are doing it. Makeup is to play up features that need playing up. I would start with a natural approach, with neutral colors. I think everybody benefits from a little mascara, and lip gloss. Especially because you sound like you are pretty young, you don't want to look cheap.

How old are you? If you want to start, but aren't sure, you should start with light colors. Or you could go to one of those Clinique counters and see what they say looks good on and is good for your skin.
Make up isn't for everyone, don't feel pressure to wear it!

Well your not to young , try putting light make up on. Maybe some light lip glosses and eye shadow and maybe light pink blush or light tan blush but not just because your friends were it means you have to remember its your decision.

less is best, especially if you are younger. be careful! it takes a while to get "good" at doing it yourself so you don't look overdone. I would say a little bit of blush and lip gloss and maybe mascara. you could go to a makeup counter that is more natural, like origins, and tell them you are a beginner and want something minimal and want them to tell you how to do it. good luck!
