Mascara is the easiest way to do this. There is a variety of mascaras that claim to make your lashes longer and fuller.
Clinique Long Pretty Lashes (12.50) is a good choice.
Allure magazine just named Cover Girl LashExtract Mascara (for day) and Clinique High Definition Lashes for night. The readers choice award went to Maybelline New York Great Lash Mascara (under 11.00) and Lancome Definicils High Definition Mascara (over 11.00).
If you go to a department store they should give you samples to try before you buy.
Another option is false eyelashes. These can be difficult to use to begin with but with practice you will become more successful. They are not as natural so you may need to modify the lashes some before applying.
Here is a link to help you with learning to apply:

Semi permanent lashes are becoming increasingly more popular but can be rather expensive. They are applied to your natural lashes in a salon environment and will look more natural and last longer than the at home version. Below is a site that will give you more information.

If you do not want to use colored make-up or eyelash extensions you could apply a clear coat of mascara. It should give you a little lift. Be sure that you keep your lashes clean (wash off any make-up every night) and do not pull on your lashes (causes breakage).
Good luck to you!
After reading your additonal details here is a link that you might like. It is for a product that is natural and is designed to help you grow fuller and longer lashes.

Of course! To not damage your lashes or anything of the sort, put minimal mascara on the bottom lashes. However, only put the mascara on the edges of the lashes (now the entire lash!).
On the top lashes, use eyeliner (not mascara) and outline the edges of your eye (where the eyelashes are the fullest and longest).
This creates the effect of long, beautiful eyelashes. :)

Mascara will make them seem longer, darker and thicker. It is not through magic though. Everyone's lashes are longer than they seem, they are just lighter at the tips and are thus not very noticeable. I recommend a good lengthening mascara alone, not curlers because they can damage your lashes or pull them out. Good luck :-)
P.S. I have also heard that castor oil stimulates hair growth but I cannot testify to its atributed powers.
Check this website, they have a natural mascara that supposedly makes your lashes grow.

ye, mascara is the easiest way to make ur lashes longer.. but ye can always try tinting your lashes.. it only costs around $10 and it lasts for a while.. if u dont want to have to put mascara on everyday, that would be ur best go..

get an eyelash curler and before using it heat it up with the blowdryer. don't make it insanely hot so u burn urself but just warm it up a bit. after u curl it then use the legnthing and volumizing miscara of ur choice. personally i like the lancome products.
