I would really recommend MAC PowerPoint Eye Pencil, it's long-lasting, it's soft and it wont smudge, it's just everything, details are here:

I am a makeup fanatic and I have tried about every brand out there, and my brands are everywhere. However, one thing I do not change my mind on is Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner. It will not budge until you apply that makeup remover. But one good product you should try is Benefit She Laq. You can get it at Sephora.com. It is a sealer that comes with different brushes and will turn all your makeup into smudge proof, water proof, etc. It is the best. And then you just need the She Laq, and you can use whatever you want. Good Luck!

I have oily skin and I live in Florida, so I know all about melting eyeliner.

It's all about the wet-dry eyeshadow turned into an eyeliner. Get an angled brush or a paintbrush, get it wet and dip it into the eyeshadow and line like you would stick eyeliner.

I've found that it lasts alot longer, especially if its higher quality make-up. Also, its not as harsh as a blunt eyeliner line.

If you dont want to go through all of that trouble, Almay 16 hour eyeliner works darn well.

I had the same problem,im not sure about you though, but i have very oily skin, and the eyeliner always seems to fade/fall under my eyes.

Well, first i'll tell you just how to prevent it,if you wear face make-up don't but moisterizer under your eyelids, aswell as foundation, stick to concealer to get ride of dark circles, beacue the oil in the foundation and moisterizer puts a slippery base to your eyelid, which causes it to fade. But i do suggest using pressed powder before.

Now i'll tell you some great products that im in love with,if you are willing to fork out cash and buy a good eyeliner go with lise watier, they will likely sell it at a drugstore at- the makeup counter.mind you though it is very expansivebut it is VERY worth it(they also have good eyeshadows)the eyeliner is called eyeshine and lasts hours i have the purple and tourquise one and i just ADORE them!they also have this product called metamorfix, its just a liquid that transforms loose powder into long lasting eyeliner and it actually works well!

I hope i've been help!

i think all eyeliner has a way of smudging. i just do touch ups every couple of hours, but if it really bugs u that much, u should seriously consider using a makeup primer. u put it on after u put face lotion on, and then put your foundation over that, make sure u use it on your eyelids as well. i'm telling u it worked wonders for me, my makeup never budged and still looked great when i went to wash it off before bed. some primers can be kind of expensive, but sephora sells their brand for $10.

I am a makeup artist based in california... I use estee lauder her eyeliners are wonderful... however you should use a base on your eye to keep the eyeliner in place (natural oil, tears, etc. makes it smudge)... try to avoid touching your eyes A. you wont smudge your eyeliner B. germs germs germs!
