How often is someone supposed to cut their hair to keep it healthy? And how much at every trim should it be cut?

I have long, thick, wavy hair and I desperatley need a new hair straighener. I am trying to achieve pin straight hair so could you request good hair straigheners that creates pin straight hair, and how much it costs.

Okay well i used to straight hair, but it had major frizz, so i straightened it only to get rid of the frizz, not to get straight hair. Now ive noticed that i have waves in my hair and they are really cute, but i still have the frizz and the only way so far to get rid of the MAJOR frizz i have is to straighten it. any shampoos, conditioners, spray, anything that works for you to get rid of the frizz but keep the cute waves

i have dry hair and have heard from a lot of people that you should never use pantene pro-v products because it coats your hair in a layer of wax that makes your hair weak.

i was wondering, are all 'cheaper' shampoos like this (for instance, garnier fructis and herbal essences)..or is it just pantene?

i want to try a new shampoo but want to know which ones to stay away from.

My sister has quite a bit of dark facial hair that is easy to see when standing up close to her on her forehead, cheeks, and chin area. She asked me about that little hair trimming device you see on t.v. that is designed to remove facial hair and trim the eyebrows and to see if I know if it would work on her. I also have seen a drug store version by a brand called Trim. Does anyone know if these work? The drug store version is cheaper

OK here is the problem. My hair is the type that only looks good when it is straightened, i only stragiten it about 3 times a week but it looks burnt. I use brilliant brunette to protect it, just got it cut to chop all the died ends off, but it still looks fried. What do i do?
