i have hair that is grown around my ears.i used to have 1 inch hair, but i am growing it out.

yes your stylist can cut layers into it withot losing legth. find a stylist that has a good rep. with shorter styles

a good way to release weight is to have the stylist point cut with thinning shears. this gives the a hair a cool texured choppy effect

Layers don't take too much length off of your hair.

have it professionaly cut in layers. You'll still have some length an it'll add soem volume.

Layer it. They usually hardly touch the length if at all.

you can cut it so you have bangs going across your face instead of straight down or vice versa or something like that

if u cut ur hair, its gonna lose some lenghth.... duhhh..
